SecureLogic™ is a high-tech company that specializes in airport security systems, baggage handling and integration of warehousing and distribution solutions. In the early 1980's, the company's founder, Gary Koren established a group of companies focused on the development and implementation of automated baggage handling systems as well as logistic software applications. These companies achieved international success and key products were adopted by leading companies in their field.

In 1998, the companies were restructured to focus on the development of new technologies in order to position the new company for niche markets such as the integrated passenger and baggage security screening and handling markets. This strategic decision lead to the establishment of SpaceLogic and SecureLogic.

In 2005, Monterey Bay Tech, Inc. acquired SpaceLogic and its subsidiary SecureLogic, then changed its name to SecureLogic Corp, now publicly trading in the United States (OTCBB:SLGI). Its subsidiary, SecureLogic Inc. handles all marketing and business operations. SpaceLogic Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of SecureLogic Corp., and conducts the R&D and some non-US activities.
