The Situation
Carrasso holds and provides spare parts for the entire range of Renault and Nissan vehicles sold in Israel. The company constructed a new distribution center that was required to provide quick turn-around upon receipt of orders for spare parts.

The Challenge
To provide a solution that manages all storage locations and items and provide instructions to the warehouse staff in real-time.

The Response
SpaceLogic provided two pairs of horizontal carousels with hydraulic lifting tables (one pod for Renault; one pod for Nissan) and its FlowX Warehouse Management System (WMS) combined with mobile RF terminals.

The Result
The level of service and efficiency were greatly enhanced, as was the ability to locate items and supply them within the tight time frame required.
